What do Coaches really do?

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

What is Peer Coaching and the value of attending?

Peer Coaching is a forum for professional coaches to share expertise, learn from other skilled practitioners and to get ‘unstuck’ in challenging coaching situations. It’s for coaches who have the desire to continually refine and build their professional skills, learn from others and want to contribute to the professional development of all coaches attending.

Please note that Peer Coaching sessions are only for practising coaches who are an ICF member and have a minimum of 60 hours coach training.
